Insurance
I do participate in many of the commercial, and federal, and local government Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO provider networks. I do not participate in any other insurance or HMO plans.
Important note for FEP (Federal Employees Plans) subscribers:
I participate in the standard and basic option plans. I do not participate in FEP CareFirst BCBS' Blue Focus plan--subscriber's ID code beginning with "X".
Anthem BCBS subscribers:
I do not participate in Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, HMO plans, or any of their associated products.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive for all BCBS plans, always check with your BCBS' member services. I will be happy to assist by providing you a receipt for submission or reimbursement purposes. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Is approval required or is my plan subcontracted under a managed care plan? If so, It is likely a HMO plan for covered mental health benefit.
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Please note that insurance plans change frequently, inquire about possible changes.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
