Relationship is one of the things in life without which we cannot exist. Relationship is one of the finest things life can offer, yet healthy, constructive and happy relationship seems hard to achieve. Occasionally relationships get strained, not function optimally and maladaptive patterns have emerged. I can assist you with positive solutions to your relationship difficulties/road blocks with friends, families, peers, co-workers, and supervisors.

In a safe, comfortable and nonjudgmental place you can learn or re-learn skills needed to create the best relationship you desire. You can learn to use tools and strategies in an effort to better manage or reconcile troublesome differences and repeating patterns of distress; to minimize conflict, achieve more balance and clarity, and relate better with others. These relationships may be between family members, neighbors, friends, co-workers, prospective clients, supervisees, or supervisors in the workplace.  

Positive and healthy relationships are infectious. Often, when you change the way you, relate, the dynamics change, and other people change too. Together, integrating complementary solution-oriented, behavioral and interactive approaches, we can work on developing and achieving your desired goals.  I can provide support and give practical feedback to help you effectively identify and cope with your personal struggles. I can assist you with building your communication skills, improve conflict resolution skills, learn problem-solving skills, and deal with difficult feelings.
