Therapy is a place for you to feel safe, supported, and understood. I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience. My therapy style is collaborative and interactive. Together, we will identify your therapy goals and work toward achieving them. I work with individual, adults, and couples. I use experiential, educational, and sound therapeutic approaches with a cultural sensitivity to help you to understand your emotions, enhance your mood, achieve self- acceptance, sustain healthy relationships, and cope with life challenges.
In a comfortable, nonjudgmental, and supportive setting, I provide services for depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress. I will help you uncover patterns that may be holding you back, or contributing to how I am "getting in my own way." I think it is often helpful in therapy to understand and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are of particular concern to a you, how you think and feel about yourself, and you relate to others.
Therapy goals are designed to help you make adjustments, healthier choices, and implement plans in order reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and achieve a more positive and balanced life. Some work related issues I can assist you in include work performance, career advancement, making career changes, managing work-related stress, and acheiving a more healthy work and family balance. In this powerful alliance, I can assist with career transitions and re-evaluating life choices.
